The manual tank bottom diaphragm valve is a type of valve commonly used for discharging materials from reaction vessels in clean industries such as pharmaceuticals, biology, fine chemicals, and food. The opening and closing of the manual tank bottom diaphragm valve is operated by a handwheel or handle. When the handwheel or handle is turned, it will drive the valve stem to move up and down, thereby causing the diaphragm to deform. The deformation of the diaphragm will change the cross-sectional area of the valve channel, thereby controlling the flow of the material. When the diaphragm moves upward, the valve opens and the material can be discharged through the flow channel of the valve body. When the diaphragm moves downward, it tightly adheres to the flow path of the valve body, preventing the material from passing through, thereby achieving the cut-off control of the material.
