The working principle of the sanitary pneumatic quick-installation butterfly valve is to use a pneumatic actuator to drive the rotation of the valve disc. When the pneumatic actuator receives the signal sent by the control system, it pushes the piston or diaphragm to move through compressed air, which in turn drives the valve stem to rotate. The valve stem then drives the valve disc to rotate. When the valve disc rotates parallel to the pipeline axis, the valve opens and the medium can pass through. When the valve disc rotates 90° to be perpendicular to the pipeline axis, the valve closes and cuts off the flow of the medium. By controlling the intake air volume and pressure of the pneumatic actuator, the rotation Angle of the valve disc can be precisely controlled, thereby achieving the regulation of the medium flow rate.
